Brian PageBrian is a technology consultant born and raised in New York. His current projects include Macintosh Consulting for MacNRG and Media Consulting for his own company, Old Dog. Spending his day maintaining one of the biggest XSAN production environments on the east coast, Brian lives and breaths tech. Having owned every iPhone since its release in 2007 and testing almost every app available, he truly is a mobile apps guru. He actively pursues the developing trend of integrating cutting-edge technology into the social experience, encompassing both the physical spaces we inhabit and the virtual/social media world.
Available to both established brands and start-ups, Michael provides access to his unique knowledge and insights in addition to services as advocate through TECHNOGORILLA, his technology advisory and consulting firm. Realizing that many early-stage projects struggle due to lack of exposure, Michael announced the formation of 1eureka.com – a free website that encourages innovators to announce their projects where they will receive attention from the media, potential investors and the public at large.A long-time resident of lower Manhattan, Michael contributes regularly to DOWNTOWN Magazine (both in print and online), focusing on technology companies, personalities and events south of Houston Street and in the greater Manhattan area. Barry Meyers
Barry MeyersFor the past 16 years, Barry has been helping technology brands big and small truly connect with consumers. But please don’t call him a social media expert. He currently serves as the Director of Sales & Business Development for gdgt where he created the hugely successful gdgt Live event series which crisscrosses the country bringing tech brands together with real geeks. Prior to gdgt, Barry co-founded and served as the Director of Ziff Davis’ massive consumer-facing trade show, DigitalLife. Transplanted to NY a few years after graduating for law school in 1996, Barry’s other passion is raising his five-year old son Gregory to be a Red Sox fan while living in the heart of Manhattan.

 
 
 
Larry Seltzer
Larry SeltzerByte was recently relaunched by UBM TechWeb and focuses on what has come to be called the Consumerization of IT (‘CoIT’ to save a lot of typing). He has worked in the computer industry since 1983 as a software engineer, IT administrator, product tester, industry analyst and consultant. He has been Technical Director at several testing labs and is the author of well over 1000 published articles on technology subjects. For the last several years he has focused on computer security issues. He remembers first reading Byte in high school in the 70′s when he learned programming on a TRS-80 Model I Level 1.into the enterprise, planned and otherwise, of devices which were designed as consumer technologies: tablets, smart phones, and social media are classic examples.

Rick SingerRick Singer is the founder and CEO of GreatApps.com – a media company that focuses on app marketing and consumer use of apps. Mr. Singer is also a consultant in the mobile industry and been quoted in many prestigious publications including Fox Business, Smart Money, Investors Business Daily, Inc., Mobile Marketer. He has been a serial entrepreneur for many years. Mr. Singer has been an active participant in the formation and launching of various entities including RaiseCapital.com and TechStartups.com.

However, her obsession with covering mobile computing began when she was the News Editor at LAPTOP Magazine. She has written for The New York Times, Men’s Fitness, Gizmodo, and other popular technology outlets. Joanna appears regularly as a contributor on ABC News’ "Tech This Out," but has also been featured on CNN, MSNBC, and other local broadcast outlets.
